This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and coordinating multiple moving parts behind the scenes. As the Pre & Post Production Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support pre-production and post-production workflows while managing all supplier-related coordination. You will be based in the office and not required to attend shoot days unless needed for special cases. Your work ensures that projects are set up for success before production begins and efficiently closed out after they wrap.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production & Planning:
Support pre-production timelines, project planning, and documentation.
Assist in creating and maintaining production checklists and schedules.
Coordinate early-stage logistics and communications with internal teams and suppliers.
Compile and track supplier quotes and pricing in coordination with the production team.
Supplier Sourcing & Management:
Act as the main point of contact for production supplier onboarding.
Source, vet, and recommend new suppliers for addition to SNAP14’s database.
Add suppliers to the system and maintain up-to-date contact, category, and pricing information.
Ensure agreements are signed and stored correctly.
Negotiate with suppliers and ensure best pricing and service terms.
Post-Production Coordination:
Assist with coordination between suppliers and post-production team.
Track delivery timelines and ensure feedback is shared clearly.
Help resolve post-production issues, collect assets, and gather supplier feedback.
Coordinate project close-out and ensure supplier follow-up is completed.
Administrative & Internal Support:
Maintain organization of the production archive and documents.
Support supplier payments, tracking, and coordination with finance.
Handle transport booking, paperwork printing, and communication support when needed.
Assist in maintaining warehouse and production inventory.
Requirements
Organization & Multitasking: You must be able to juggle several responsibilities at once, keep things structured, and make sure deadlines and deliverables are aligned with production needs.
Strong Computer Skills: You’ll be working with platforms such as Google Workspace and Zoho One, and you’ll need to be confident in handling project trackers, shared drives, and supplier records.
Communication: You must communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers, making sure all details are understood, shared promptly, and followed up on. You’ll act as a key liaison point for production coordination.

Preferably experienced with Zoho apps and/or other tools like Google Workspace.
