About the project:

• The PPM Application Developer will be responsible for technical and functional implementation of the key initiative enhancement of the enterprise Project and Portfolio management tool. This position will utilize technical qualities to successfully design the solution, support the existing overall implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom solutions within Clarity PPM (CA PPM) using Oracle SQL, GEL scripting, and NSQL
• Build and support Power BI and JasperReports for project, portfolio, and financial reporting
• Design and maintain integrations between Clarity and external systems using XOG and web services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Clarity modules, data, or user access
• Coordinate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and manage production rollouts
• Analyze and document functional requirements, reporting needs, and business processes
• Participate in system upgrades, add-on installations, and data migrations
• Conduct code reviews, ensure quality of deliverables, and follow SDLC and ITIL standards
• Work closely with global stakeholders and end-users to provide technical and functional support

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in application development or support
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and Oracle database environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical field
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments with structured release cycles
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of data models, relational databases, and data-driven applications
• Ability to work hybrid from Wrocław (on-site and remote)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Clarity PPM (CA PPM)
• Experience with GEL scripting, NSQL, XOG, and building Portlets
• Knowledge of Clarity modules: Project Management, Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Financial Management
• Experience with Power BI or JasperReports (developing and publishing reports)
• Knowledge of system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile/Waterfall SDLC
• Experience working in multi-team, international environments
