Summary

Candidate must be flexible for Noida and Delhi We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Amazon's platforms and processes, including account management, sales performance tracking, reconciliation, FBA, and global selling. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our sales and operational performance across multiple marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Track Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate and present sales performance reports to management. Reconciliation and PL Reports: Prepare accurate reconciliation reports for Amazon transactions. Maintain and update profit and loss (PL) statements. FBA Process and Fees: Manage the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) process, including inventory shipments and fee structures. Ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA policies and procedures. Keyword Analysis: Conduct keyword research using tools and organic methods to improve product listings and advertising campaigns. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords for better visibility. Marketplace Management: Manage accounts across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa, etc. Ensure consistent performance and compliance with each marketplace’s regulations. PPC Campaigns and AMS: Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Amazon. Utilize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to drive traffic and sales. Vendor Central: Manage relationships and processes within Amazon Vendor Central. Ensure timely and accurate vendor shipments and invoicing. Cataloging: Handle bulk and manual product cataloging. Ensure product listings are accurate, detailed, and optimized for search. Account Health Management: Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. Address and resolve any account health issues promptly. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Identify competitive pricing, product features, and marketing strategies. Shipping Solutions: Manage and optimize shipping solutions, including Amazon Easy Ship, FBA, and third-party logistics (3PL). Coordinate dropshipping operations efficiently. Claim/Compliance Management: Handle claims and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and procedures. Resolve disputes and manage compliance-related issues effectively. Sell Globally: Oversee and manage global selling initiatives. Ensure compliance with international marketplace regulations and requirements. Tools Expertise: Utilize various tools for keyword analysis, sales tracking, and competitor analysis. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies to enhance performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in Amazon account management. Strong understanding of Amazon’s FBA, PPC, and AMS processes. Proficient in using Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience with keyword analysis tools and competitive analysis. Desired Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Familiarity with shipping solutions and logistics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
