• 4+ years of hands-on experience in running Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies & remarketing
• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, and landing page testing
