Job Description:
Pre-Task planning

• Creating robust test plans (DVP) for validating systems and components.
• Performing routine quality control tests, test equipment, and analysing data to understand variance
• Testing various types of test rigs, including those for e-drive and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) systems
• This includes understanding test processes and equipment, ensuring robust process quality planning, and supporting virtual and physical builds. The role also involves familiarity with data acquisition systems, understanding automotive communication protocols, and potentially working with advanced diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail/Diagnosing mechanical issues, proposing solutions, and participating in issue resolution
• Working effectively in a cross-functional team, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrating a strong technical background, understanding of engine engineering, and experience with quality tools.
• Problem solving skills using 8D
• Knowledge on calibration tools like INCA/Concerto/Puma/MDA
• Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
• Propulsion and vehicle calibration and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings.
• Good knowledge on MHEV/BEV systems architecture.
• Good in MHEV and BEV DVP test plans (DVP) creation for validating systems and components
