Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Powersports Sales Representative to manage and

grow our Latin American territory. This individual will be responsible for developing strong

relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers while driving sales and brand awareness

across the region. The role also includes travel within North America to visit key dealers and

strengthen business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Sena Technologies’ presence in the Latin American Powersports market.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and business development.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate partners on Sena’s product line.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
• Travel within Latin America and North America to visit key dealers, strengthen relationships, and expand market reach.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the Powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or consumer electronics industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Strong understanding of the Latin American market and cultural nuances.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed within the Latin American region.
