Introduction: Xebia’s PreSales team is at the forefront of presenting innovative IT solutions, and we are looking for a skilled PowerPoint Specialist to join us. This role is focused on creating visually compelling and impactful PowerPoint presentations, while also extending your design expertise to web and mobile screen designs. As a creative and detail-oriented designer, you will help shape and communicate Xebia’s solutions through design, playing a critical role in client-facing collaterals and digital presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerPoint Design Excellence:

• Create visually stunning, professional PowerPoint presentations aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with the PreSales team to transform complex information into simple, engaging visuals that drive client understanding and decision-making.
• Ensure branding consistency across all presentations, adhering to corporate identity and guidelines.
• Design custom graphics, charts, diagrams, and other visual assets that enhance clarity and impact.

Web & Mobile Design:

• Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for client mockups, proposals, and digital presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually engaging screen designs.
• Ensure designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

Visual Consistency & Brand Alignment:

• Maintain a high standard of design quality, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines across all projects.
• Continuously innovate and refresh presentation templates, design assets, and digital content to maintain a modern look and feel.

Additional Design Support:

• Assist with the creation of other marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, proposals, and client-facing documents.
• Provide design expertise and guidance for any additional visual needs within the PreSales department.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Sketch).
• Solid experience designing web and mobile UI/UX, with an understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to balance creative design with strategic objectives, ensuring that designs are both aesthetically appealing and functionally effective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Design Tools: PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Sketch, Axure.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation for PowerPoint presentations and digital content.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is desirable.
