Power Platform & SharePoint Developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform who is passionate about building smart, scalable solutions that make a difference in healthcare operations. Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and supporting modern business applications that enhance user experiences and operational effectiveness. Your day-to-day work will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into digital tools, and ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Design and develop solutions in Power Platform & SharePoint address business problems.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments including site creation, permissions, and workflows.
- Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Translate functional requirements into technical design and documentation.
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive) and third-party systems.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who combines hands-on SharePoint development skills with strong leadership experience. You should be able to troubleshoot issues, guide a small team, and bring clarity to complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint and PowerApps, including Power Automate,
- Experience with Canvas PowerApps, Model-driven PowerApps and PowerApps portals leveraging Power Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of integrating external data sources
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting Power Platform and SharePoint processesm, including performance issues
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the healthcare or RCM domain with an understanding of related workflows and compliance needs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with other enterprise applications
- Basic knowledge of Azure services, especially Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
- Hands-on experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions
- Ability to create responsive PowerApps interfaces for mobile and desktop environments
- Microsoft SharePoint certification (e.g., MS-300, MS-301).
- Experience with Nintex workflows, K2, or other workflow automation tools.
- Experience with relational database systems, including SQL Server.
