We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Service Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, across our organization, ensuring they align with strategic goals, business needs, and IT standards.


You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to the organization and ensuring performance, security, and end user satisfaction for Power Platform solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and manage the Power Platform service lifecycle, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Virtual Agents.
  • Develop and enforce governance models, policies, and best practices for Power Platform usage across the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and end-users (citizen developers).
  • Optimize of licensing and different licensing models.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from ideation to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee service performance, security, licensing and compliance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Manage vendor- and technology provider relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends.
  • Develop and ensuring documentation for Power Platform processes, architecture, and solutions.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders
  • Manage the financial aspects of the Power Platform service, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Power Platform services or similar low-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience with governance, security, and compliance practices related to Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of low-code application frameworks to digitalize processes and develop applications without heavy project models.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 ecosystems.
  • Understanding of IT user experience and user interface design.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g.SAFE / devops) and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
  • Experience in enterprise software solutions and business process automation is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
