Job Summary (Power Platform Developer)

Location: Wahington D.C Hybrid

MOI: In-person

C2C

  • Design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Develop enterprise applications leveraging Microsoft .NET framework, SharePoint, C#, Power Platform, O365, and Azure technologies.
  • Manage and configure Power Platform environments, licenses, Dataverse, connectors, DLP policies, core frameworks, reusable components, and security roles.
  • Implement Power Platform DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and use ALM Accelerator, DevOps/Github tools.
  • Integrate and automate backend processes, bulk data updates, and connections with SharePoint and O365.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Azure services, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and authentication protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to security processes and controls.
  • Apply industry best practices in Dynamics 365, delivering projects in complex IT/business environments.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions, analyses, and designs; explain preferred approaches.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and develop client relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines with a proactive and agile approach.
  • Take ownership and accountability for project delivery and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to Agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience; 10+ years overall experience preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and continuous integration processes required.
