JOB OVERVIEW You will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of TEKID’s proprietary Platform built on Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You will collaborate with the Product Manager, Business Analyst, Researchers and Support Engineer to deliver new features, improve performance, and ensure a secure, scalable, and compliant solution for our international clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Platform Development and Customization
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Pages interfaces and site components.
• Build and optimize Power Automate flows to support data integration, survey distribution, document processing, and workflow automation.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Dataverse tables, logic, forms, and views.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central APIs to enable end-to-end business processes.
• Develop custom web components using HTML, JavaScript, and Liquid templates for advanced portal behaviors.
• System Integration and Automation
• Implement secure and scalable integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure consistent data flow and data model alignment across Power Platform components.
• Work closely with the Data Analyst to support automated reporting and dashboard pipelines in Power BI.
• Testing, Deployment and Maintenance
• Assist in maintaining separate development and production environments (Azure DevOps).
• Support version control, rollback mechanisms, and backup processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to bug resolution in collaboration with the IT Support & Maintenance Engineer as well as third parties.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Manager, Analyst, Support) to implement and prioritize features.
• Document development processes, flow structures, and platform architecture to ensure maintainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform performance and end-user experience. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Native Mandarin speaker with good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience building applications using Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (Sales & Business Central), and Microsoft Customer Voice.
• Experience customizing Power Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps for managing work items, pipelines, and deployments across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
• Familiarity with Power BI and building data-driven user experiences is a plus.
• Proficient in integrating REST APIs and Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Understanding of security concepts in Power Platform, including role-based access control, environment isolation, and data loss prevention.
• Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset—comfortable working with analysts, product managers, and support engineers.
• Any Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, MB-910) is a strong plus.
