Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Power Platform Developer that is passionate about digital transformation and innovation. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with our Senior Solutions Architect and Director of Innovation to solve complex business problems to drive digital transformation and create value for the organization. You will be an essential part of contributing to lasting success as Bigge continues to grow. Responsibilities: * Help develop, test, and maintain internal Business Applications using the Microsoft Power Platform * Create data models, dataflows, and connectors in Power Platform to support application development and data integration * Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents * Integrate AI Foundry services and models into Copilot agents to enhance functionality and user experience. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience and functionality of the applications * Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for existing applications and data integrations * Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure the quality and scalability of developed applications Educational Requirements / Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in Power Platform development * Proficient with Power Query, DAX and PowerFX * Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate * Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure and basic knowledge of APIs * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Have a current valid driver's license along with a clean driving record Benefits: * Competitive pay and a matching 401(k) plan * Vacation, Company Holidays, and Sick Days * Flexible spending accounts/Health savings account * Reimbursement plan for the company Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy Bigge provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, military or veteran status.
