As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, customize, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Create and optimize Power Automate (Flow) workflows for automation.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot and debug Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Document technical specifications and user guides.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of Dataverse (formerly CDS) and data modelling.
• Experience with Power BI DAX, connectors, and visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
• Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and deployment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
