We are seeking a skilled Power Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in both software and hardware components of power electronics systems. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded software for power electronics products including metering devices and control relays.
• Analyze and enhance existing controller firmware and system software.
• Program new features in embedded firmware, web interfaces, and graphical user interfaces based on defined requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve firmware bugs and performance issues.
• Ensure seamless integration of new software with existing systems via comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, and product specialists to refine technical requirements.
• Recommend and configure power quality (PQ) solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Support integration of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DLMS, M-Bus, LoRa) and cloud data acquisition gateways.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics engineering or related R&D roles.
• Deep knowledge of low, medium, and high-voltage power electronics, power factor control, and harmonic filtering. • Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with firmware development environments.
• Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 61850, DLMS, M-Bus, Wireless M-Bus, and LoRa.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and debugging tools (e.g., JTAG). meters.

Education and Experience
