Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Power BI Developer to join an innovative and impactful company located in Reston,VA.

Responsibilities of the Power BI Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and underlying datasets.
• Implement security standards to ensure role-based access to sensitive data.
• Perform advanced data analysis and create insightful visualizations to communicate key trends.
• Integrate Power BI reports with other business applications and tools as needed.
• Document processes and provide training/support to end-users on Power BI tools.
  
  

Qualifications of the Power BI Developer:

• 4+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query M language.
• Strong expertise in SQL and database management.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Certification.
  
  

Compensation of the Power BI Developer:

• Salary range: $100,000-$120,000
