We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reportingwith a strong focus on integration and scalability.

The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming complex data into intuitive and actionable insights through advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

This role requires strong technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support data-driven Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI solutions, including integration with databases and data warehouses.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to simplify complex data and support strategic decisions.
• Develop and manage robust data models, ensuring data accuracy, relevancy, and integrity.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources to enable comprehensive business analysis.
• Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to improve performance and incorporate new data sources.
• Implement data governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence and Power BI development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
• Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and integration of ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration Skills
• Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
