What you’ll do:

• Transform business needs and requirements into data product specifications, defines core business metrics, creates insightful automated dashboards, and employs data visualization techniques to track these metrics and extract valuable insights.
• Ensures technical design, development, testing and BI service delivery, including: project-based analytical support, reporting, data governance, data analysis, data visualization and presentation, continuous improvement / automation / optimization
• Collaborate with data analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting and data management align with business goals.
• Provides guidance, training, and assistance to internal and external clients
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tools and technologies in the BI and analytics space.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard/report design and development.
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
