We are building a lean team of experts in content field who will help us in ramping our Micro Drama Vertical.

About the Role:

As our Post Production Manager, you’ll be the final gatekeeper before content goes live. You’ll ensure every episode is polished, on-brand, and immersive—across visuals, audio, and pacing

Key Responsibilities:

• Review episode cuts for pacing, structure, and cliffhanger strength
• Ensure audio quality—dialogue sync, music layering, and mixing are broadcast-ready
• Check subtitle accuracy, style consistency, and proper sync
• Maintain visual standards—color grading, transitions, text overlays, etc.
• Flag and resolve any cultural insensitivities, tonal issues, or visual inconsistencies
• Coordinate with editors, dubbing teams, and creative supervisors to deliver on time

You Should Have:

• Proven experience (4+ Years) managing post-production workflows
• Experience with vertical short-format content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts/Micro Dramas)
• Sharp eye for detail in editing, storytelling, and aesthetics
• Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
