📍 Position Details

⏰ Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

🌎 Location: Remote – South Africa

💰 Starting Salary: $400/month

What You’ll Do

🔹 Project Onboarding & Setup

• Generate and send upload instructions to Creative Partners (CPs)
• Create and maintain organized project folders and documentation (master sheets, Asana boards, etc.)

🔹 Footage & Quality Management

• Review and organize incoming raw footage for quality and adherence to project specifications
• Perform quality control checks to ensure standards are met before post-production
• Label and catalog footage for easy access by the team and clients
• Coordinate with CPs to ensure timely and accurate uploads

🔹 Communication & Coordination

• Handle phone calls with clients and creative partners through the open phone system
• Send project briefs and instructions via email
• Follow up proactively to maintain timelines and resolve upload or documentation issues

🔹 Administrative & Support Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of project status and communications
• Coordinate between post-production, production, and accounting teams as needed
• Provide timely feedback to creative partners and update records accordingly

Who You Are

✔ 2+ years of experience in video production coordination or media-related operations

✔ Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

✔ Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Drive, Sheets)

✔ Comfortable with client-facing communications and handling fast-paced workflows
