Candidates are expected to have a program of research in human resources, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, or related areas with strong business analytics/data analysis skills. The research fellow will partner with FCBE and Management faculty in data analysis, manuscript preparation, and grant proposal submissions on topics such as work readiness and workforce development, organizational entry, and withdrawal. There is no teaching load, but fellows are expected to conduct workshops and presentations in their areas of expertise. This is a 12-month contract without renewal. Minimum Position Qualifications Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent in a business or related field (e.g., management, applied psychology, data analytics).
