• You will play a crucial role in helping businesses find the right merchant services solutions while earning uncapped commissions. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to merchant services solutions
• Engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options
• Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings. Qualifications: Previous sales experience is required (phone-based sales preferred). Cold calling or outbound sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling objections. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
