As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for all product placement agreements and pricing discrepancies across all usage-based agreements. This individual must track and report performance on placement agreements to internal finance and sales partners. You will accurately and timely audit contract implementations ensuring proper pricing, customer accounts and term. You are also responsible for managing, researching and resolving all pricing discrepancy requests, ensuring exceptional communication between sales and other internal teams. You must have: A bachelor’s degree Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Significant attention to detail High team and service orientation Outstanding organizational and time management skills We would prefer you to also have: 0-2+ years customer service, pricing, accounting, finance or related experience Experience with: SAP Salesforce.com Power BI Model N Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
