• 5+ years’ experience at a hedge fund, prop shop, or alt-investment firm
• Proven $10M+ P&L with Sharpe > 1.5
• Expertise across Long/Short Equity, Macro, Vol, Credit, Quant, etc.
• Strong risk discipline
• Not suitable for long-only/passive profiles
