We’re looking for an Oversight Analyst in Poland to:
- be part of initial due diligence and on-going monitoring on Delegates (Portfolio Managers).
- liaise with Delegates and internal stakeholders to follow-up on status and performance of delegated activities and perform ongoing monitoring on the delegated functions.
- present high-quality due diligence assessment summarizing the related findings on the Delegates (e.g. Portfolio Managers).
- ensure Delegates’ AML/KYC files are up to date and all the information and documents are recorded in the database, perform other AML related tasks.
- perform EMIR control.
- produce senior management reports and fund boards packs.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Portfolio Management Oversight team. The team is part of UBS’s Business Solution Center in Krakow, Poland. The mission of our team is extremely diversified, ranging from investment breach monitoring, reviewing risk indicators, producing risk reports, discussing service quality provided by our delegated function during service review meetings, and on-boarding of newly appointed Portfolio Managers. The Team cooperates with the three European Management Companies located in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. You will report directly to a local Team head and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS, and the external stakeholders.

Your expertise
- ideally 3-5 years of experience working in an investment fund industry (fund compliance environment/management company/legal or advisory firm) and have well established knowledge of oversight obligations
- master’s degree in finance or in business law
- collaborative personality and strong communicator, with an organizational mind-set
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
- excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- fluent in English. French and German would be an advantage
