该职位来源于猎聘 Reporting line: Direct reports to Portfolio Management Director Objectives:

• To support line manager to develop and build up CHC portfolio roadmap for Greater China region.
• To support line manager to collect, organize, data-mining to understand CHC consumer needs, market trend and summarize key learning.
• To support line manager to develop identified individual product opportunity analysis and to assist business case preparation.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Proactively collect market information, product intelligence, competition dynamics, etc. according to line manager’s briefing.
• To support line manager to prepare the related data analysis, data illustration. To support business analysis and presentation preparation.
• To support EN documents translation according to line manager’s briefing.
• To support and coordinate cross function teams meeting arrangement according to line manager’s brief.
  
  

Required skills and qualifications

• Can work independently to search, screen relevant data and information according to line manager’s brief. Can work in pressure.
• Proactiveness. Passion for CHC industry and identified consumers understanding. Proactively find way to seek for the relevant information. Proactively data-mining to find out issues or opportunity in discussion with line manager.
• Sense of urgency. Can act and response in progress to timely support line manager’s plan development and/or project management update.
• Fluent English writing capability.
• Learning agility: strong will to learn latest consumer trend, and competition.
  
  

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Major in commercial analysis, finance, marketing, or MBA are preferred.
• Good capability in data analysis tools, such as excel, Microsoft Think Cell, PPT.
• Can work in office 3 days per week. Duration can be discussed.
