Perform polysomnographic data acquisition while monitoring study tracing to ensure signals are artifact free and adjust as necessary. Implement appropriate interventions as needed.
Follow procedures and protocols to verify integrity of collected data and complete the data collection process
Document routine observations with associated sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedure, and/or other significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of results.
Carry out all necessary sanitization and disinfection of patient and shared work areas.
Training is available for the right applicant. Training includes in clinic, hands-on and theoretical readings.
Eligibility requirements:
Experience in the medical field preferred
ability to work night shifts, 10.5 hours per shift
Current BCLS CPR required (upon hire)
Ability to work and perform duties independently, with a high degree of motivation and minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact tactfully with staff, physicians and patients.
Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
Strong technical skills
A focus on high-quality patient care
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays as required
Enthusiasm for learning
