Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Polier at Innovation Point Holding in Gelsenkirchen. The Polier will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating tasks with subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and quality control on projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors
• Experience in project management and quality control
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Certification or training in construction management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
