Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze legislation, regulations, and policy trends Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support policy development Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Provide actionable insights and recommendations Qualifications: Bachelors degree in public policy, political science, economics, or related field (Masters preferred) 2+ years of experience in policy analysis or related work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
