Are you passionate about podcasts & know your way around OBS Studio?

Do you have a knack for creating content that grabs attention & drives engagement?

We’re looking for a Podcast Producer who’s equal parts audio wizard, live stream pro & digital marketing savvy.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Produce & edit high-quality podcast episodes from recording to editing
• Set up & run livestreams & recording sessions using OBS Studio
• Create engaging social media content to promote podcasts & build a strong online presence
• Create audiograms, reels & short-form promos for social media
• Develop & execute content & social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X & YouTube)
• Collaborate with hosts, guests & our creative team
• Track performance analytics & optimise reach

🎯 Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with podcast production & editing software
• Proficiency with OBS & podcast editing software (e.g., Audition, Reaper, Descript) & other streaming tools
• Strong social media marketing skills & experience with a creative flair (bonus if you've grown accounts or launched campaigns)
• Passion for storytelling & engaging audiences, attention to detail & good vibes
• Experience with livestreaming & video content creation
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team

✨ Nice-to-Haves:

• Motion graphics or video editing (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of podcast SEO, RSS platforms, or analytics tools
• A love for audio, storytelling & creating content that matters
