Job Description

We develop value-driven Artificial Intelligence products and projects that touch human life including ChatBOSS, BilgeKAAN, Spoty, Predy with advance machine learning technologies on par with widely known international companies. Our goal is to extendthe impact of these productsand projects further.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate, delegate and oversee successful continuation of our product and project development processes including documentation, development process control, end-users relations, project calendar and deliverables. You will serve as a bridge between upper management, development teams, end-users, and stakeholders, ensuringthat every aspect ofthe project or product lifecycleis efficiently managed and effectively communicated. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and coordination of project and product progresses, delivery and installation schedules.
• Monitoring and managing individual Project Engineers while coaching, mentoring, guiding and training them where necessary.
• Actively monitor and manage the progress of multiple projects and productdevelopment cycles, ensuringthat they are on track, meeting deadlines, and adhering to the defined quality standards.
• Coordination and followingdocumentation requirements within the scope of projects and products.
• Overseeing end-user feedbackcollections through regularmeetings and reflecting these to the development processes.
• Develop feedback loops that allow for continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
• Following whether the project and product requirements and goalsare met.
• Regularly monitoring the progress of each projectand product to ensure that potential obstaclesare addressed before they affect deadlines or quality.
• Completion and coordination of documentation for new projects and products.
• Develop standardized templatesand guidelines to streamline futureproject documentation processes.
• Ensuring project and product management, documentation and filingprocesses are in order.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the project and product management processes by implementing best practices, new tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• University degree in a relatedfield, including engineering, management and similar.
• At least 7 years of project, product and team leading experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar projectmanagement certificates.
• Proficiency in projectand product management tools,including JIRA, Gitlab,Doors or similar.
• Good command of English.
• Attention to detail, leadership, communication and analytical thinking skills are fundamental
