We are currently looking for a Project Manager Officer for a reference client in the Printing & Distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

🔺Design and implement project management tools, templates, and methodologies from the ground up;

🔺Act as the central coordination point for all IT projects, across areas like SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Digital Business;

🔺Lead and organize steering committees, ensuring that senior stakeholders are aligned, informed, and engaged; 

🔺Define project scopes, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely and successful delivery; 

🔺Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate cross country and multi-system project initiatives;

🔺Drive reporting and transparency, including dashboards and performance metrics for leadership;

🔺Foster continuous improvement in project execution, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction;

🔺Establish a culture of accountability, structure, and professionalism in project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

🔺Proven experience (minimum 4-5 years) in IT Project Management roles, preferably within a Shared Services or consulting environment;

🔺Solid track record managing complex IT projects in one or more of the following areas:

o SAP (ERP)

o E-Commerce and Digital Business

o Cybersecurity

o Cloud and Infrastructure

o Data & Analytics

🔺Experience working in international environments with distributed teams and multi-country stakeholders; 

🔺Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and performance measurement;

🔺Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; 

🔺Fluent in English (mandatory);

🔺PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a nice to have.
