Summary

Job Title PMO Intern About Your Business Area/Department: The "Customer Delivery Services" (CDS) Unit drives the delivery of all Projects for our Airlines customers in North and South America. Whether it is a small customization, or a multi-year implementation of a large set of Amadeus solutions, we drive the process to deliver what has been contracted, and making sure it operates as per customers satisfaction (and as per contract obviously) Summary of the role: The internal organization of the CDS Unit needs to be industrialized (defining and implementing common processes for the whole team) and digitalized (by leveraging on tools such as ServiceNow), for several processes: Managing the demand (e.g. when a new airline project is expected to be started) Managing our reporting (i.e. communication on the status of a project to internal or external stakeholders) Managing our capacity forecast and budget (i.e. the cost and number of people required to execute all our current and future projects) Several activities to industrialize and digitalize are already ongoing in best effort mode. The intention is to structure these activities as an internal project 'CDS@AME - Process Hardening", and to have a dedicated person leading the project. In this role you'll: * help consolidate and document the process to put in place * Project-manage the implementation of these process in the teams. * Help identifying suitable tools that we can use to help running these processes. About the ideal candidate: Common accountabilities/skills * Works autonomously to support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature. * Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments. Specific accountabilities/skills * Operational project management support, applying the organization standard methods, processes and tools: * Write and Maintain the documentation of the Teams to-be processes. * Create project plans and monitor progress against schedule * Support effective communication mechanisms between the teams, and embark them in the new processes.dd * Implement digitalized processes/tool to support the team in their day to day activities (e.g. a Demand Management tool, leveraging on SharePoint, ServiceNow, ...), and supporting the non digitalized process previously existing or created.
