Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced PL/SQL modules, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers, setting coding standards and best practices.
• Implement complex data models and optimize database structures for performance.
• Handle integration of PL/SQL with other systems, including ETL processes.
• Work on database performance tuning at both query and system levels.
• Participate in strategic planning for database architecture and upgrades.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Preferred Skills

Additional Responsibilities

• Advanced PL/SQL programming skills, including dynamic SQL and bulk operations.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database administration (DBA) concepts.
• Experience with Oracle APEX or other Oracle development tools for application interfaces.
• Proficiency in writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries for data analysis.
• Understanding of database replication, partitioning, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Oracle RMAN, Data Guard, or other high availability solutions.
• Skills in error handling, transaction control, and concurrency management.
