PLM Senior Project Manager
Min: 15+ years (12 to 20 years, with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience)
Role:
As a PLM Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery and management of large-scale PLM implementation or AMS projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. The role demands strong leadership, financial management, and expertise in PLM technologies
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management: Manage multiple PLM/MES projects simultaneously and should have capabilities to successfully lead a team of 150+ members.
* PLM Expertise: Lead projects in 3Dexperience or Teamcenter implementation or AMS.
* Revenue Management: Revenue planning, P&L, handle end-to[1]end revenue management to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
* Leadership: Guide large cross-functional teams across locations to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Client Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in client organization. Proactively managing client expectations and addressing concerns.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for project delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
* Delivery Management - Large PLM/MES Projects & SLA based 24*7 support, Manage Deliveries on fixed bids / Milestone based projects /Service Engagements.
* Sales/Pre-Sales - Business development, BID management, Influence sales team showcasing resource capabilities to attract large clients,
* Team management: People management, Building a high performing team, resource allocation, risk management.
* Quality control: Evaluating project deliverables to ensure quality standards.
Qualification & Experience:
* 15+ years of experience, with at least 12 years in PLM solutions (Dassault System or Siemens).
* Strong expertise in PLM implementation or AMS (Application Managed Services).
* Proven track record in revenue management.
* Experience managing large portfolios and leading teams of 150+ members.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
