Servilink Group of Companies requires a PLC engineer (CoDesys) for its operations in Vadodara. Candidates should be interested and ready to work on long-term projects.

Job Role: PLC Engineer-Codesys

Work Location: Vadodara

Qualification: BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics/E&TC

Relevant Work Experience:

• Min 3-5 years of designing and programming experience in project execution in an engineering or product organization.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent programming work experience on Codesys software along with Professional Developer Edition Tools.
• Working knowledge of various PLCs like Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider hardware & PLC/HMI/SCADA programming in all languages (STL, FBD, Ladder, etc.).
• Working knowledge of other PLCs like Omron, Beckhoff, Sabo, and Turk hardware & programming OOP design and application plus support for procedural scripts and legacy solutions [C#, C++, Java, Python, ST].
• PLC control system programming experience using IEC 61131 Structured Text. Should have independentlyed on-site support activities like FAT/SAT/commissioning for PLC-based control systems.
• Knowledge of field instruments like sensors, transmitters, controllers (embedded and/or other PLCs), and valves.
• Knowledge and experience of handling/configuring various communication protocols.
• Familiarized with version control tool like: Tortoise SVN and Git
• Worked with OOP (Object Oriented Programming method)
• Study the requirement specification to develop the design specification and test plan.
• Preferred to have the working experience on regression tests and Azure CI/CD Pipeline
• Create the Instrumentation and control system related drawings and documents like logic diagram, I/O List, Bill of material, PLC related documents like Communication list, Alarm/trip lists, signal lists, Monitor screen documents and customized documents as per customer requirements, etc.
• Preparation of work instructions, checklists, standard procedures, etc., related to ISO requirements.
• Coordination with clients/consultants and suppliers for technical discussions and document approval processes.
• Upon requirement, should be able to coordinate and manage with management trainees to meet customers’ engineering support requirements.

Good to Have Knowledge of:

• BN 3500 vibration monitoring system knowledge & programming.
• Working experience with centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, dryers, and oxygen/nitrogen generators.
• Coding using C, C++, Java, Python, ST
• Excel/ VBA/MS Office
• AutoCAD Electrical / Eplan
• Vibration monitoring system

Software Skill Requirements:

• Codesys Programming using Structure test.
• Working with OPPs and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Programming skills for Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider PLCs
• Deep knowledge of PLC languages like STL, FBD, Ladder, CFC etc.
• FAT/SAT/Commissioning of control panels.
