PLC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• PLC Programming: Design, develop, and optimize Schneider Modicon PLC systems to meet project specifications.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with SCADA, HMI, and other automation platforms.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time, ensuring seamless production processes.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, program logic, and user manuals.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability.
  
  

Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Schneider Modicon PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ladder logic, function block programming, and system integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Certifications (Preferred): Schneider Electric certifications or equivalent are a plus.
