What You’ll Own:

You’ll take full ownership of plating and wastewater systems—process design, supplier selection, performance metrics, CI initiatives, and team supervision. You’ll lead key automation upgrades (robotic loading/unloading), ensure compliance, and build a plating program that scales with the future plant.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Deep electroplating experience (hands-on a must)
  • A plating expert who thrives in complex systems.
  • Comfortable with data, hands-on problem-solving, and defining high-performing operations. Wastewater know-how a bonus.
  • Wastewater treatment knowledge preferred
  • Strong communicator and team leader—especially with union teams
  • Self-motivated and accountable; thrives in fast-moving, high-impact settings
  • Open to non-degreed candidates with the right expertise
