Job Title: Electroplating Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electroplating Specialist to join our manufacturing and development team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in electrochemical deposition processes and have a strong understanding of surface chemistry. This role focuses on the design, optimization, and execution of electroplating and electroless plating processes for high-precision applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize electroplating techniques for metals like Copper (Cu), Nickel (Ni), Gold (Au), and Silver (Ag). Troubleshoot issues such as uneven thickness, pitting, and surface defects. Establish electroless plating processes and monitor parameters for consistent quality. Prepare substrates through cleaning and activation techniques like polishing and acid etching. Qualifications: Experience in electroplating processes and equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Knowledge of safety protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma; certification in electroplating is a plus.
