As a Platform Services Engineer, you will take ownership of deploying, maintaining, and evolving the essential services that power our AI platform—such as Kong, Qdrant, LiteLLM, MCP, Langfuse, Redis, AMQP, and SQL databases. You’ll manage these components across multiple Kubernetes clusters using GitOps workflows and Helm-based deployments. Your mission is to ensure that our platform infrastructure is consistent, reliable, and scalable—enabling our AI agents to operate seamlessly in production.

What you need to succeed

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, such as Kong, Qdrant, LiteLLM, MCP, Langfuse, Redis, AMQP, and SQL databases
• Proven experience operating Kubernetes clusters and deploying third-party applications using Helm
• Hands-on GitOps experience with tools like Argo CD or Flux, and a solid grasp of declarative infrastructure patterns
• Managing infrastructure across multiple Kubernetes clusters, comfort working autonomously, and documenting clearly
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
