We are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to take ownership of Merlin Entertainments’ global admissions booking platform, providing strategic leadership, technical oversight and continuous enhancement to support our world-renowned attractions.
In this pivotal role as a Platform Manager, you will champion the technical evolution and business alignment of the platform, ensuring it delivers outstanding customer experiences while meeting complex operational requirements.
The Platform Manager will spearhead initiatives to innovate, improve performance through data driven insights, and future proof the platform for continued global growth. Partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external third-party vendors, you will drive platform development to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer centric solutions
