We are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to take ownership of Merlin Entertainments’ global admissions booking platform, providing strategic leadership, technical oversight and continuous enhancement to support our world-renowned attractions.


In this pivotal role as a Platform Manager, you will champion the technical evolution and business alignment of the platform, ensuring it delivers outstanding customer experiences while meeting complex operational requirements.


The Platform Manager will spearhead initiatives to innovate, improve performance through data driven insights, and future proof the platform for continued global growth. Partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external third-party vendors, you will drive platform development to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer centric solutions



Platform Manager Required Experience & Qualifications:


  • Significant experience managing complex digital platforms, preferably within tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong technical expertise in booking systems, system architecture, integrations, and platform optimisation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to enhancing user experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable business results
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive platform improvements and decision-making.
  • Skilled in platform architecture, system integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Degree qualified in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
