Summary

As a Platform Manager, you will assist in the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This includes coordinating with the sales and creative teams to ensure ads are properly trafficked, tested, and delivered across various platforms. You will also monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and report insights to improve overall ad effectiveness.



What You’ll Do:

  • Traffic, test, and launch digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with precision.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—keeping campaigns running smoothly.
  • Analyze data and report insights to boost campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and tech teams to deliver flawless ad experiences.



What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or platform management
  • AdTech Data Ecosystem Experience:
  • Creating robust pipelines for processing and transforming data into specialized data marts, accommodating ad hoc and systematized analyses.
  • Revenue Initiatives Expertise:
  • Partner with sales to operationalize new monetization products and packages.
  • Design and implement upsell strategies through audience extension and performance optimization.
  • Develop testing frameworks for new ad formats and inventory opportunities.
  • Analyze yield data to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
