We’re hiring a Platform Engineering Lead to drive the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and developer platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape technical strategy, build scalable solutions, and champion engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure cloud platforms (AWS)
• Drive DevOps, automation, and CI/CD best practices (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Mentor engineers, promote code quality, and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy and innovation
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Java (or similar) and working across multiple languages
• Deep knowledge of AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and container orchestration
• Exposure to SaaS deployments, monitoring (ELK, CloudWatch), and SRE practices
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and secure software development
