We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform expert to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade low-code solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process automation and drive digital transformation using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized applications and automated workflows using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Analyze business requirements to design efficient low-code/no-code solutions, reducing development time and cost.
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize solution performance while ensuring security, scalability, and user experience.
• Prepare technical documentation, provide internal training and technical support to strengthen team capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform technologies and explore innovative use cases.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience in data integration and modeling, especially with Dataverse and APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Planner and project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to design custom workflows and automation using advanced logic.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Power Platform projects.
• Background in financial IT is a plus.

Preferably:

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), PL-400 (Developer), or PL-200 (Functional Consultant).
• Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), or RPA tools like UI Path.
• Experience in digital transformation projects within the financial industry.
