Cititec is partnering with a leading trading firm in London seeking a Platform Engineer to join their high-performance infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on DevOps professional to work at the core of a fast-paced trading environment, focusing on automation, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub
• Support and manage VMware, Cisco UCS, storage, and backup platforms
• Operate containerised environments including Kubernetes
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high system performance and uptime
• Drive incident resolution and infrastructure improvements

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in DevOps/infrastructure roles
• Strong Linux (RHEL), VMware, Cisco UCS/MDS, storage & backup knowledge
• Kubernetes (production), Terraform, Ansible, Git
• Experience in hybrid/cloud (Azure preferred)
• Financial services or trading experience is a bonus
