• OpenTelemetry (core focus!)
• Grafana Cloud
• Prometheus

✅ Must-Haves:

• Experience as an Observability Engineer / Platform Engineer / SRE (or DevOps with observability focus).
• Admin-level expertise in OpenTelemetry (or alternatives like Prometheus/Grafana).
• Passion for observability vs. monitoring—you challenge the status quo!
• English (B2+/C1) to collaborate with global teams.

• Contributions to OpenTelemetry/open-source projects.
• Experience improving developer onboarding for observability tools.
