About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Platform Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and services within the Commercial Platform of a leading international airport group. This platform is instrumental in driving digital and commercial initiatives, with a strong focus on quality, customer experience, profitability, and sustainability.

In this role, you will design and implement robust cloud-native infrastructures, leveraging best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions while providing mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, automated deployments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for provisioning and resource management.
• Implement cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Collaborate within agile teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain Azure Policies to ensure compliance and security.
• Manage identity and access protocols through Entra ID.
• Administer and optimize databases such as MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in a senior Azure Platform Engineer role.
• Advanced expertise in:
• CI/CD processes and tooling.
• Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Kubernetes and cloud-native principles.
• Solid experience working within agile development teams.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Azure Policy and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with high-traffic websites or API-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with the Azure AI Platform.
• Experience with the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
