Job Description:
• Guide the technical architecture for an engagement
• Help the team understand the bigger picture of the client’s needs, including client motivation and possible barriers to client success
• Drive the team’s perception of the client and the client’s perception of our company
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Business Process Automation Engineers
• Work to refine desired scope and develop a basis of estimates for planned work, including identification of objectives, time frames, risks, costs, and manpower estimates
• Help identify project risks and steps to mitigate those risks
• Formulate complex plans which outline steps required to meet client objectives, applying structured analysis and design
• Work directly with clients to manage expectations through recurring meetings and in-person visits
Qualifications:
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related area.
• Programming experience with at least four (5) years
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Expertise in workflow based logic
• Expertise in APIs and databases
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Experience with the Bank’s automation platforms of at least three (3) years
• Platform certification is required
