LEAD METAL FORMER We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced metal former and fabricator Custom formed parts with radiuses, including bump rolling, cylinders, forming cones and some transitions Rolling of angle, pipe, bars, easy or hard way on Comac 307HV and 303HV bending machines' Run CNC 4-roll Davi Plate Roll, plus a few 3-roll sheet metal rolling rolls, 3” to 10” top roll diameters Read and interpret blueprints a must Ability to run press brake, CNC and manual, 35 to 600 ton, Amada, LVD, Chicago and Di-Acro Calculate bend allowances and configure flat layouts Work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum, titanium, and nickel alloys from 20 gauge up to ½” plus Welding experience a plus May consider training for the position with a welder/fabricator with 5+ years of experience who is looking to transition from a welder to forming/rolling of materials Be able to lift 60 lbs and push 100-120 lbs Possess good English communication skills Benefits include health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, vacation and sick time, 10 paid holidays, uniforms, tool allowance, safety shoe allowance and 401k plan.
