AVNA is a well-established, successful, growing and highly regarded manufacturer of precision stamped and machined components and assemblies. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The requirements for this position include:

Current Opening: Injection Molding Operator, 1st Shift Position working 12 hour shifts on a rotating 3x4 schedule.

Responsibilities To Include

AVNA is seeking a motivated individual to join the Injection Molding team. This 1st shift position is an Operator position that will require you to run 4 to 5 automatic Horizontal injection molding machines. Tasks required to monitor and inspect parts. Able to run/ load inserts in a horizontal or Vertical Injection molding machine. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in manufacturing with one of the market leaders in medical device component assembly.

• Ability to read/write and do basic math
• Basic computer skills
• Solid verbal communication
• Follows standard policies and safety procedures.
• Follows work process instructions
• Perform visual inspection of parts under a microscope.
• Pack parts according to customers' requirements.
• Able to load and unload magazines from an automation cell and keep the machine running.
• Trim, Degate, clip parts as needed.
• Able to use handheld gages, i.e. Plug gages, Go/No Go Gages
• Able to navigate Plex, make labels, scrap parts, get work instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift to 30 lbs.
• Keep equipment and work area clean.

• Solid verbal communication

• Be responsible for their work
