About the Role:

We’re seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Technician / Trainee to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts. You'll work with a team of skilled professionals and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines
• Perform mold changes, start-ups, and shut-downs
• Troubleshoot and resolve molding process issues
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent part quality
• Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs

Qualifications:

• Some experience with plastic injection molding machine operation.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.                          
• Knowledge of different plastic types is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
